Installation Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. Install the knock sensor with the bolt and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
    2. Fig 2: Locating Knock Sensor Connector

  2. Connect the knock sensor connector (1).

  3. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
