Motor Relay (Neutral Position)

  1. If Lamp 3 (Green), test is okay. Go to PROGRAM SWITCH POSITION 4  . If Red light comes on, turn off ignition.
  2. Pull off control unit plug and check continuity in following circuits. Apply 12 volts to positive connector on control unit plug terminal No. 1 and ground on terminal No. 28. Test light on terminal No. 14 should come on. Test light must go out after pulling off terminal connectors No. 1 or 28. If not, go to step 3).
  3. Check motor relay for malfunction. Check tightness of ground terminals and positive connection on pump motor. Check continuity of pump motor. If pump motor is malfunctioning, replace hydraulic unit.
