Vehicle Speed Sensor: Description and Operation



VEHICLE SPEED
The DME control unit receives information regarding vehicle speed at terminal 79. The DME control unit requires this information for various calculative functions (system adaptation, diagnosis functions, etc.).

The speed signal is picked up from the rear, right-hand wheel.
