DIAGNOSIS/TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE

Work instruction Display OK If not OK
1 Check compressor temperature sensor
  • Switch off ignition.
  • Pull plug B off level control module.
  • Measure resistance on level control module plug B between 'pins 85 and 93'.
12.2 - 13.72 Ω at 20°C or see 'COMPRESSOR TEMPERATURE ' diagram
Go to Step 2
Replace level control system compressor.
→ End
2 Check wiring between level control system compressor and level control module for short circuit to ground
  • Switch off ignition.
  • Measure resistance between level control module plug B 'pins 85, 93' and ground.
∞ Ω
Go to Step 3
Repair or replace wiring harness.
→ End
3 Check wiring between level control system compressor and level control module for short circuit with respect to each other
  • Measure resistance on level control module plug B between 'pin 85' and 'pin 93'.
∞ Ω
Go to Step 4
Repair or replace wiring harness.
→ End
4 Replace level control module → End
