Preliminary Work
- Remove right front seat. → Installing front seat
- Remove padding for front seat. → Removing padding for front seat
- Remove pressure sensor mat.
- 3.1. Release electric plug connection -2-
from pressure sensor mat at the locking mechanism -1-

) and unplug -B-
.

- 3.2. Remove fixing clips -1-

- 3.3. Disengage the retainer plate -2-
from the looking hooks -3-
and guide pressure sensor mat -4-
out of the seat frame.

- Install pressure sensor mat.
- 4.1. Guide the pressure sensor mat -4-
through the seat frame.
- 4.2. Position the pressure sensor mat holder -2-
on the seat frame and engage the locking hooks -3-

- 4.3. Fit fixing clips -1-

- 4.4. Connect the electric plug connection -2-

) by pressing on until it securely engages. Lock plug connection using locking mechanism -1-

).

- Install new padding for front seat. → Installing padding for front seat
- Replace occupant detection control unit. → 696819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OCCUPANT DETECTION CONTROL UNIT
- Install right front seat. → Installing front seat
