July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Bypass Control Valve: Installation

  1. Fasten a NEW valve to the mounting plate with pop rivets. See Fig 1 .
  2. Connect the vacuum hoses to the valve. See Fig 2 .
  3. Install the mounting plate.
  4. Install the hood sealing strip.
  5. Spray the two-pin connector with Kontakt 61 contact cleaner and connect it to the control valve.

  1. Install the bypass valve to the bypass pipe. See Fig 1 .
  2. Install the bypass pipe with valve to the turbo delivery pipe.
  3. Install the vacuum hose to the bypass valve.
