Ignition Discharge Module: Installation

  1. Apply Krytox to the rubber seals and install the ignition discharge module. See Fig 1 .
  2. Install the 4 screws. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Spray the 10-pin ignition discharge module connector with Kontakt 61 contact cleaner. Plug in the connector.

  1. Coat the rubber seals with Krytox.
  2. Spray the connector with Kontakt 61 contact cleaner. Plug in the connector. See Fig 1 .
  3. Install the ignition discharge module.
  4. Install the cover.

  1. Coat the rubber seals with Krytox.
  2. Spray the connectors with Kontakt 61 contact cleaner. Plug the connectors into the ignition discharge module. See Fig 1 .
  3. Install the ignition discharge module.
  4. Plug in the connector to the pressure sensor on the intake manifold. See Fig 2 .
  5. Install the cover.
