  1. Remove the edging around the indication display.

    Remove the upper part of the center console, see INTERIOR EQUIPMENT .

  2. Snip the cable tie.
  3. Press the WINTER-button out of the indication display.
  4. Move the protective casing from the soldering joint on the middle lead and unsolder to remove the leads.
    NOTE: Protect the indication display when soldering.
