When contacting a Saab dealer it may sometimes be necessary to quote the car's vehicle identification, engine and gearbox numbers.

1. Modification identity plate
2. VIN inside windscreen
3. Gearbox number
4. Engine no.
5. Label for colour codes (body and trim) and tyre pressure
6. VIN plate
7. VIN (stamped on body)
