The steering column lock unit (SCL) cannot be added using Tech2: Background

The SCL (Steering Column Lock) cannot be added using Tech2 when diagnostic trouble code B3948:00 is stored in the CIM. In order to be able to add the SCL, the diagnostic trouble code in the CIM must first be cleared.
