Procedure  Disconnect the battery, refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION AND CONNECTION Remove the Instrument panel lower trim panel insulator, refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER TRIM PANEL INSULATOR REPLACEMENT - DRIVER SIDE
1	Steering Power Variable Control Module Procedure  Release the control module from its clips. Disconnect the connector from the control module. Refer to CONTROL MODULE REFERENCES for programming and setup information.
