Washer Pump Does Not Operate Test

  1. Connect test light between pump connector cavity "B" and ground. If test light is on, go to next step. If light is off, check for open or short in ground circuit No. 150J (Black wire).
  2. Check for battery voltage between wiper module connector cavity "A" and junction block connector cavity "C8". Voltage should be present with ignition switch in ACC or RUN positions, and column switch on WASH. If voltage is present, go to next step. If no voltage is present, repair open or short in circuit No. 94A (Pink wire).
  3. Check for battery voltage between washer pump connector cavity "A" (Pink wire) and junction block connector cavity "E6". Voltage should be present with ignition switch in ACC or RUN positions, and column switch on WASH. If voltage is present, go to next step. If no voltage is present, repair open or short in circuit No. 94 (Pink wire).
  4. If washer pump still does not operate, replace washer pump and verify proper operation.
