Code Enable Criteria

EVAP vent solenoid is commanded on (closed).
EVAP purge solenoid is commanded on (open).
Engine run time less than 10 minutes.
Fuel tank level 15-85 percent full.
BARO greater than 81 kPa.
Ignition voltage is 8-18 volts.
ECT and IAT at start-up are 41-90°F (5-32°C).
ECT and IAT within 50°F.
No ECT, fuel tank pressure, IAT, MAP or VSS DTCs are set.

DTC sets when 8 in. H2O cannot be pulled on EVAP system for greater than 3.2 seconds out of a 240 second cold engine test, indicating a large EVAP leak
