Removal Procedure

Remove the rear shelf trim. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window Shelf .
Remove the control integration module (CIM) from the bracket by pulling back on the bracket tabs.
Remove the OnStar® bracket screw.
Remove the OnStar® bracket from the rear shelf.
