Motor Replacement - Power Mirror

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the mirror face. Refer to Mirror Face Replacement (Mirror Face Replacement) .
2. Remove the mirror. Refer to Mirror Replacement (Doors) .




3. Remove the mirror motor attaching screws.
4. Remove the mirror motor from the mirror housing.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the mirror motor to the mirror housing.
2. Route the electrical connector through the door opening.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the mirror motor attaching screws.

Tighten the motor attaching screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

4. Install the mirror face. Refer to Mirror Face Replacement (Mirror Face Replacement) .
5. Remove the mirror face. Refer to Mirror Face Replacement (Mirror Face Replacement) .
