Installation Procedure

Position the air compressor assembly (1) to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the air compressor assembly nuts (1) and bolts (2) to the vehicle.
Tighten: Tighten the nuts and bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Install the air compressor filter (1) to the frame.

Connect the air compressor electrical connectors (1).

Connect the right and left air tubes (1) to the control solenoids.
Pressurize the air suspension system after the repair has been completed. Refer to Air Suspension Pressurization .
Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
