Windshield Wiper and Washer Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure

Important: It is not necessary to remove the upper steering column trim cover. Only disengage it and leave it loose on top of the steering column.


1. Disengage the upper steering column trim cover from the lower steering column trim covers.
2. Remove the right lower steering column trim cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement (Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement).




3. Depress the locking tabs and remove the windshield wiper and washer switch from the steering column housing.
4. Disconnect the windshield wiper and washer switch electrical connector.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the windshield wiper and washer switch electrical connector.




2. Position the windshield wiper and washer switch to the steering column housing.
3. Install the right lower steering column trim cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement (Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement).
4. Engage the upper steering column trim cover to the lower steering column trim covers.
