Operation Check

  1. CHECK WINDOW LOCK SWITCH 
    1. Check that the front passenger side power window operation is disabled when the window lock switch of the power window master switch is pressed.

      Standard: 

      Front passenger side power window operation is disabled. 

    2. Check that the front passenger side power window can be operated when the window lock switch is pressed again.

      Standard: 

      Front passenger side power window can be operated.

  2. CHECK MANUAL UP/DOWN FUNCTION 
    1. Check that the driver side power window operates as follows:

      Standard 

      MANUAL UP/DOWN STANDARD SWITCH OPERATION AND CONDITION REFERENCE (DRIVER SIDE)

      Condition Master Switch Switch Operation Power Window
      Ignition switch ON Driver side Pulled halfway up UP (Closed)
      Pushed halfway down DOWN (Open)
    2. Check that the front passenger side power window operates as follows:

      Standard 

      MANUAL UP/DOWN STANDARD SWITCH OPERATION AND CONDITION REFERENCE (PASSENGER SIDE)

      Condition Switch Switch Operation Power Window
      • Ignition switch ON
      • Window lock switch OFF
      Passenger side Pulled up UP (Closed)
      Pushed down DOWN (Open)
  3. CHECK AUTO DOWN FUNCTION 
    1. Check that the driver side power window operates as follows:

      Standard 

      AUTO DOWN FUNCTION STANDARD SWITCH OPERATION AND CONDITION REFERENCE (DRIVER SIDE)

      Condition Master Switch Switch Operation Power Window
      Ignition switch ON Driver side Pulled up fully UP (Closed)
      Pushed down fully DOWN (Open)
  4. CHECK REMOTE MANUAL UP/DOWN FUNCTION 
    1. Check that the front passenger side power window operates as follows:

      Standard 

      REMOTE MANUAL UP/DOWN FUNCTION SWITCH OPERATION AND CONDITION REFERENCE (PASSENGER SIDE)

      Condition Master Switch Switch Operation Power Window
      • Ignition switch ON
      • Window lock switch OFF
      Passenger side Pulled up UP (Closed)
      Pushed down DOWN (Open)
