Fuel Lid Lock Control: Installation

  1. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly by inserting it and turning it clockwise, as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the 5 clamps and install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.
    3. Engage the clamp and connect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. Connect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
  2. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the claw as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) 

  3. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH  (See INSTALLATION  )
  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION  )
  6. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER  (See INSTALLATION  )
  7. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION  )
  8. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH LH  (See INSTALLATION  )
  9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  10. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER  (See INSTALLATION )
  11. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH  (See INSTALLATION  )
  12. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH  (See INSTALLATION  )
  13. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH  (See INSTALLATION  )
  14. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH  (See INSTALLATION  )
  15. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION  )
  16. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH  (See INSTALLATION  )
  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  18. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT LEG COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  19. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEG COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  20. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION  )
  21. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  22. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) 

  23. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
