Throttle Body: Installation: Installation

INSTALL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY
1. Install a new gasket onto the intake manifold.

2. Install the throttle body assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

  Torque: 10 N*m ( 102 kgf*cm, 7 in.*lbf)
3. Connect the water by-pass hose and the No. 2 water by-pass hose.

4. Connect the throttle body assembly connector.

INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE
1. Install air cleaner cap sub-assembly with hose and lock the 2 clamps.
2. Tighten the hose clamp to the specified torque.

  Torque: 3.0 N*m ( 31 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf)
3. Connect the No. 2 ventilation hose.

4. Connect the wire harness clamp and mass air flow meter connector.

ADD ENGINE COOLANT . Refer to REPLACEMENT - Step 2
INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK . Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 1
INSTALL NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 3
