FA20 ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION; 2013 MY FR-S [03/2012 -]

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Install a new gasket to the engine coolant temperature sensor.

(b) Using a 19 mm union nut wrench, install the engine coolant temperature sensor to the cylinder head sub-assembly.

Torque : 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
* If a component has been dropped or subjected a strong impact, replace it.
* Use the torque value compensation formula to calculate the torque value for use when a torque wrench is combined with a tool such as a union nut wrench Service Precautions.

(c) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
