- CHECK DTC
- Clear the DTC. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [05/2013 - ] .
- Check for DTC. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [05/2013 - ]

OK: Go to next step
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (D DOOR P/W UP SW, D DOOR DOWN SW)
- Use the Data List to check if the power window regulator master switch assembly is functioning properly. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [05/2013 - ]

- Select the Active Test, use the Techstream to generate a control command, and then check that power window regulator motor assembly LH operates. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [05/2013 - ]

- Disconnect the power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY - POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH)
- Disconnect the E1 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
- Disconnect the E2 power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH
- Remove the power window regulator motor assembly LH. Refer to REMOVAL [01/2014 - ] .
- Check that the window regulator motor moves smoothly as follows. Refer to INSPECTION [05/2013 - ] .

- REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL [01/2014 - ]
- GO TO DTC B2312. Refer to DTC B2312: Power Window Switch Malfunction
- REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to REMOVAL [01/2014 - ]
- REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to REMOVAL [01/2014 - ]
- REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL [01/2014 - ]
