Airflow Meter Potentiometer

Turn ignition off. Unplug electrical connector from airflow meter. Connect ohmmeter between terminals and note readings. See AIRFLOW METER RESISTANCE table. If readings are not to specifications, replace airflow meter.

AIRFLOW METER RESISTANCE

Terminal Wire Colors Ohms
Green-Yellow/Blue 300
Blue/Yellow-Yellow/Blue 200
Yellow/Red-Yellow/Blue (1) 50
(1) Flap fully closed. With flap fully open, 500 ohms.
