Diode Assembly

To check diode assembly, remove it from rear cover. Using ohmmeter, check each diode for continuity in one direction only.
If resistance or continuity exists in both directions, diode is faulty. If any diodes are defective, replace complete rectifier assembly.
Diode trio is good if all tests show continuity exists in one direction only. If continuity exists in both directions, replace diode trio.
