Disconnect battery ground cable.

Remove air cleaner case. See REMOVAL , Air Cleaner Case.

Disconnect accelerator cable (A).
Disconnect cruise control cable (B) (if equipped).

Disconnect connectors from throttle position sensor (A), idle air control solenoid valve (B) and intake manifold pressure sensor (C).
Disconnect air by-pass hose (D) from idle air control solenoid valve.

Disconnect engine coolant hoses from throttle body.

Remove bolts which install throttle body to intake manifold.
