Thrust Angle: Inspection

  1. Position the vehicle on a level surface.
  2. Move the vehicle 3 to 4 meters directly forward.
  3. Determine the locus of both front and rear axles.
  4. Measure the distance "L" between center line of loci of the axles.
    1. Thrust angle: 
      1. Less than 20' when "L" is equal to or less than 15 mm (59 in).
