Section 7 (Engine Cooling System (H4SO)): Radiator: Installation

  1. Install the radiator lower cushion to the vehicle body.

  2. Install the radiator to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Insert the pin on the lower side of radiator into the radiator lower cushion.
  3. Install the radiator upper brackets.

    Tightening torque: 

    12 N.m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.9 ft-lb)

  4. Attach the grille bracket.

  5. Connect the radiator inlet hose.

  6. Connect the connectors of radiator main fan motor connector (A) and sub fan motor connector (B).

  7. Install the air intake duct. Refer to AIR INTAKE DUCT .
  8. Install the reservoir tank. Refer to , INSTALLATION  .
  9. Lift up the vehicle.
  10. Connect the CVTF cooler hoses. (CVT model)
    NOTE: Use a new CVTF hose.

  11. Connect the radiator outlet hose.

  12. Install the under cover. Refer to FRONT UNDER COVER .
  13. Lower the vehicle.
  14. Connect the ground cable to battery.

  15. Fill engine coolant. Refer to , FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT  .
  16. Adjust the CVTF level. (CVT model) Refer to CVTF .
