Section 9 (Engine Cooling System (H4DOTC)): Radiator: Installation

Install the radiator lower cushion to the vehicle body.

Install the radiator to the vehicle.
NOTE: Insert the pin on the lower side of radiator into the radiator lower cushion.
Install the radiator upper brackets.
Tightening torque:

12 N.m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.9 ft-lb)

Attach the grille bracket.

Connect the radiator inlet hose.

Connect the connectors of main fan motor connector (A) and sub fan motor connector (B).

Install the reservoir tank. Refer to , INSTALLATION , Reservoir Tank.
Install the air intake duct. Refer to AIR INTAKE DUCT .
Lift up the vehicle.
Connect the radiator outlet hose.

Install the under cover. Refer to FRONT UNDER COVER .
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the ground cable to battery.

Fill engine coolant. Refer to , FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT , REPLACEMENT, Engine Coolant.
Install the collector cover.
