Ignition Key Lock: Replacement

Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
Remove the steering column. Refer to TILT STEERING COLUMN REMOVAL, Tilt Steering Column.
Secure the steering column in a vise. Remove the bolt with a drill.

Remove the ignition key lock.
Using a new bolt, tighten the bolts (until the bolt head is wrenched off).
