Section 5 (Engine Cooling System (H6DO)): Radiator: Installation

Install the radiator lower cushion.
Install the radiator to vehicle.
NOTE: Insert pins on the lower side of radiator into the radiator lower cushions on vehicle side.
Install the radiator upper brackets.
Tightening torque:

12 N.m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.9 ft-lb)

Connect the ATF hoses A and B.
NOTE: Use a new ATF hose.

Install the radiator main fan & fan motor and radiator sub fan & fan motor. Refer to , INSTALLATION . Refer to , INSTALLATION .
Attach the grille bracket.

Lift up the vehicle.
Connect the radiator lower hose to the radiator lower.

Connect the integrated connector of radiator main fan & fan motor and radiator sub fan & fan motor.

Install the under cover. Refer to FRONT UNDER COVER .
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the battery ground terminal.
Fill engine coolant. Refer to , FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
Check the ATF level and replenish it if necessary. Refer to INSPECTION , Automatic Transmission Fluid.
Install the air intake duct. Refer to AIR INTAKE DUCT .
Install the collector cover.
