Perform the procedure in a clean place with dust control taken into account.
Using steam, wash the parts, except for the assembly components, before disassembly. When steam-washing, cover the parts, such as air breather, oil level gauge and connectors, with vinyl tape to prevent steam from entering.
Use wash fluid such as new white kerosene.
Never wash rubber parts, including O-rings, gaskets and oil seals, with wash fluid.
