Oil Level Switch: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
  2. Lift up the vehicle.
  3. Remove the under cover. Refer to REMOVAL .
  4. Drain the engine oil. Refer to REPLACEMENT .
  5. Disconnect the connector of oil level switch from the engine harness.

  6. Remove the clips which hold the front camshaft cap (LH) and cylinder head (LH).

  7. Remove the oil level switch from the oil pan upper.

  8. Remove the oil level switch.
