Diagnostic Recorder

On Service Menu, click "Diagnostic Recorder" to display the following items.
- ON/OFF: Set ON/OFF of the diagnostic recorder function.
- Data download: Output the data of diagnostic recorder to USB.
- Clear recorder data: Erase the data of diagnostic recorder.
