Starting System & Charging System: Generator: Installation

Temporarily install the generator.
Tighten the bolts in the numerical order as shown in the figure.
Tightening torque:

25 N.m (2.5kgf-m, 18.4ft-lb)

Connect the connector and terminal B.
Tightening torque:

15.5N.m (1.6kgf-m, 11.4ft-lb)
Install the V-belts. Ref. to MECHANICAL (H4DO)>V-belt>INSTALLATION>V-BELT .
Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
