Judge as NG when the following conditions are established.

| (3) Monitoring A/D voltage | Less than 1.1 V or More than 1.4 V |
| (4) Inner power supply voltage/2 | Less than 1.819 V or More than 3 V |

Malfunction indicator light illumination: Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
