Fuel Delivery And Evaporation Lines: Installation: Notes

Install the fuel pipe assembly to the pipe clamp.

Install the pipe clamp to the fuel pipe assembly, and then install the fuel pipe bracket B and fuel pipe bracket C.
Tightening torque:

18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)

Connect the brake pipes. Ref. to BRAKE>Brake Hose>INSTALLATION>REAR BRAKE HOSE . Ref. to BRAKE>Brake Pipe>INSTALLATION>CENTER AND REAR BRAKE PIPE .
Install the floor under protector RH. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Floor Under Protector>INSTALLATION .
Connect the purge tube to the fuel pipe assembly. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO)>Fuel Delivery and Evaporation Lines>INSTALLATION>QUICK CONNECTOR CONNECTION (TYPE G) .

Connect individual tubes and hoses to the fuel tank. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO)>General Description>COMPONENT>FUEL TANK .

Install the fuel tank. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO)>Fuel Tank>INSTALLATION .
Install the pipe clamp to the fuel pipe assembly, and then install the fuel pipe bracket A.
Tightening torque:

18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)

Lower the vehicle.
Install the connector to the fuel pipe bracket A.

Connect the evaporation hose to fuel pipe assembly.

Connect the quick connector on the fuel delivery tube to the fuel pipe assembly. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO)>Fuel Delivery and Evaporation Lines>INSTALLATION>QUICK CONNECTOR CONNECTION (TYPE A) .

Install the fuel delivery tube clamp to the fuel delivery tube.
