Model With 6.2 Inch Display 

1. Using the Check List for Interview, ask the customer the condition of how the trouble occurred. Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>Check List for Interview>CHECK>MODEL WITH 6.2 INCH DISPLAY 
2. Check the battery.
   • Except for STI model: Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (EXCEPT FOR STI)>Battery>INSPECTION
   • STI model: Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (STI)>Battery>INSPECTION
3. Check the list of Diagnostics with Phenomenon, and perform diagnosis according to the procedures. Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>Diagnostics with Phenomenon>LIST>AUDIO SYSTEM
