Power Window Control Switch: Inspection: Sub-Switch

SWITCH - POWER WINDOW SUB FRONT 

1. Measure the resistance between terminals of the switch - power window sub front.

   Preparation tool: 

   Circuit tester

   • Passenger's seat sub

   Terminal No.	Inspection conditions	Standard
   6 - 5 6 - 7	OFF	Less than 1 Ω
   2 - 5 2 - 6		1 MΩ or more
   2 - 6 5 - 7	Manual UP	Less than 1 Ω
   2 - 5 6 - 7		1 MΩ or more
   2 - 5 6 - 7	Manual DOWN	Less than 1 Ω
   2 - 6 5 - 7		1 MΩ or more

2. If the inspection result is not within the standard, replace the switch - power window sub front.

SWITCH - POWER WINDOW SUB REAR 

1. Measure the resistance between terminals of the switch - power window sub rear.

   Preparation tool:

   • Rear seat sub

   Terminal No.	Inspection conditions	Standard
   1 - 2 5 - 4	OFF	Less than 1 Ω
   3 - 1 3 - 5		1 MΩ or more
   3 - 2 5 - 4	Manual UP	Less than 1 Ω
   3 - 1		1 MΩ or more
   1 - 2 3 - 4	Manual DOWN	Less than 1 Ω
   3 - 5		1 MΩ or more

2. If the inspection result is not within the standard, replace the switch - power window sub rear.
