4 Door Model

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from the 12V engine restart battery sensor, and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Remove the trim panel assembly - rear shelf. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR SHELF TRIM>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the keyless entry control module.
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Remove the bolt and then remove the keyless entry control module.
