Keyless Entry Control Module: Installation
CAUTION:
Before handling the airbag system components, refer to AIRBAG SYSTEM>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>CAUTION
.
- Install the keyless entry control module.
Tightening torque:
13 N.m (1.3 kgf-m, 9.6 ft-lb)
- Install the trim panel rear pillar UPR LH and the trim panel assembly apron LH. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR QUARTER TRIM>INSTALLATION .
- Install the rear seat cushion assembly. Refer to SEATS>REAR SEAT>INSTALLATION .
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- When the keyless entry control module is replaced, register the transmitter ID. (Model with TPMS) Refer to TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR (DIAGNOSTICS)>REGISTER TRANSMITTER (ID)>OPERATION .
