Visual Check

CAUTION:
- Perform the visual check at lighted places.
- Avoid work in the situation where strong light is reflected or thick shadow is created by the light from one direction (such as outdoor with strong sunlight) as it is difficult to see indications on the center information display.
- Use packing tape (target) to create a straight line within the target area.
Specification:
Packing tape (target) affixing width: 100±10 mm (3.94±0.39 in)
NOTE: Use packing tape that can be detected by the camera.(a) Target area (b) Packing tape (target) (c) About 2, 500 mm (8.2 ft) (d) Approx. 500 mm (1.64 ft) (e) About 1, 000 mm (3.28 ft) - Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Using the Subaru Select Monitor, select [Visual Confirmation] in [Work Support] of [Front & Side Camera/Multi View Monitor]. Ref. to COMMON (DIAGNOSTICS)>WORK SUPPORT>OPERATION .
- On the top view image displayed on the center information display, check if the line seams are joined.
- After confirmation, perform the following items.
- If the result is OK: Select the camera that was removed, installed or replaced, and press [Complete] to complete the procedure.
- If the result is NG, press [Back]. Subsequently perform simple calibration. Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>CAMERA>ADJUSTMENT>SIMPLE CALIBRATION .
