Bench Testing: Stator

  1. Connect ohmmeter between 2 stator leads. See Fig 1. Ensure there is continuity between all stator leads.

  2. Connect ohmmeter between each stator lead and metal core. Ohmmeter should show no continuity. If continuity is indicated, replace stator.
