Throttle Valve Opening Signal Circuit Check

- Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect electrical connector at CC ECU. Turn ignition on. Using voltmeter, check voltage between ground and CC ECU connector terminal No. 2 while opening and closing the throttle. SeeFigure . Voltage should vary as throttle is opened and closed.
- If voltage does not vary with opening and closing of throttle, check fuses, wiring and electrical connectors for related wiring circuit. See appropriate wiring diagram under WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair fuses, wiring or electrical connectors as necessary.
