Transmission Range Switch (TRS) A/T Only

TRS is located on transmission next to shift linkage. TRS switch is an ON/OFF switch that turns ON and sends a voltage signal to PCM when transmission is in Park or Neutral position. PCM uses this signal to control fuel injectors and idle control system.
