Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit Check

- Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect electrical connector at CC ECU.
- On Sidekick and X90, using ohmmeter, check continuity between CC ECU terminal No. 11 (Yellow wire) between CC ECU and terminal on instrument cluster. See appropriate wiring diagram under WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Continuity should exist. If no continuity exists, check wiring and electrical connectors for related wiring circuit. Repair wiring or electrical connectors as necessary.
- If continuity exists, check vehicle speed sensor. See VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR under COMPONENT TESTING.
