Removal & Installation (Esteem & Swift)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Disable air bag system. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Open glove box. Push in on stoppers while pulling glove box out from instrument panel. Remove PCM bracket-to-body bolts. Disconnect PCM harness connectors. Release air bag harness coupler clamp from PCM bracket (if equipped). To install, reverse removal procedure.
