DTC P0122: THOTTLE Position Sensor Circuit Low Input: Condition

DTC is set when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects low Throttle Position (TP) sensor signal voltage. MIL is illuminated when PCM detects malfunction during first drive cycle. Possible causes are:

• Open or short to ground in circuit between TP sensor and PCM.
• TP sensor malfunction.
• PCM malfunction.
