DTC P0123: Throttle Position Sensor Circuit High Input: Condition

DTC is set when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects high Throttle Position (TP) sensor signal voltage. MIL is illuminated when PCM detects malfunction during first drive cycle. Possible causes are:

• Open or short to power in circuit between TP sensor and PCM.
• TP sensor malfunction.
• PCM malfunction.
