ECT Sensor
1. Warm up ECT sensor (1) observing resistance between sensor terminal (2) and sensor unit (1). Resistance should be decreased with increase of its temperature.




2. Check resistance between sensor terminal (2) and sensor unit (1). If check result is not as specified, replace sensor.

Resistance for ECT sensor
At 50 °C (122 °F): 136 - 216 Ohm
