Installation ProcedureExhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Pipe Replacement

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  1. Install the EGR valve with the bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the electrical EGR valve retaining bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  2. Connect the EGR valve electrical connector.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
